One Town Cottage sits in the centre of East Prawle, one of South Devon's most southerly villages. The house dates from around 1750 and keeps its stone walls, beams, deep windows and fireplace.
Inside, it is simple and comfortable: a living room with wood burner, a kitchen-diner, two king-size bedrooms, a bunk room and two bathrooms.
